		<description>I recently heard a sermon about Jewish marriage customs and the context in which that puts the Bible&#039;s references to the relationship between Jesus and his church.  After hearing the lesson, I was struck by the implications that had for communion...the bread represents to me the bride price that Jesus was willing to pay for us, for me, and the wine is my acceptance of the contract of marriage to him and all that it implies.  Weddings are such celebratory events!  To think of communion as that relationship, the most special of our human lives, makes it easy to celebrate, as well as to sit in awe and marvel!</description>
